Currently open position: Spanish Speaking Project Administrator

Project Administrator will support the project management team in performing administrative functions: manage busy

construction office and oversee contract administration, cash management, and quality control. If you possess

administrational experience, great management and communicational skills and a track record of optimizing

processes, please apply!


We offer:

** Working type: Full-time

** Working days: Monday-Friday

** Working Hours: 4pm-1am; 40 hours/week

While working on this position you will:

** Assist construction project managers to estimate and adhere to proper budgets, create project schedules, and

communicate project updates

** Maintain accurate work logs of construction activities, job information sheets

** Make salesperson appointments

** Interact with the customers.

To qualify for this position, you should have:

** Bachelor`s degree in business administration or related field

** Spanish communication skills (B2 level)

** English communication skills (B2 level)

** 1-2 years of experience in administrative role

** Basic knowledge of office programs

** Experience on US market will be considered as an advantage

** Excellent organization and time management skills

** Knowledge of AutoCAD

** Attention to detail, and communication skills.

To be able to work on this position you will need:

** A laptop or desktop (preferably not Mac due to technical difficulties)

** Access to internet

** Free time from 4 PM to 1AM.
