Currently open position: Medical Centre customer service manager
Responsibilities:
● Answering calls and Taking messages;
● Taking detailed notes and preparing proper documentation;
● Navigating Electronic Medical Records (EMR) efficiently;
● Preparing for daily meeting;
● Preparing reports;
● Check-in and Check -out patients remotely;
● Scheduling appointments; Follow-up calls;
● Review provider schedules for chart preparation including labs, necessary documents, ancillary
reports, supplies, or any other documents needed;
● Obtain pre-approval from insurance companies for prescriptions, ancillary services, and as needed
procedures;
● Assist and/or cover other areas of operations when other employees(s) are absent;
● Attending required meetings and training;
● Manage health maintenance process;
● Assisting the management with research and create reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Medical field;
Patient Service (Customer Service);
English communication skills (C1 level);
A laptop or desktop (preferably not Mac due to technical difficulties).
Access to internet;
Free time from 9am – 5pm (US Time)
