representatives and ensures their cooperation. We gather Georgian independent contractors with different

qualifications, backgrounds and specializations and help them find suitable work-from-home positions in US

Currently open position: Appointment Setter

We offer: Starts from $500

Working type: full-time

Working days: Monday-Friday; or Tuesday and Thursday.

Working Hours: 8am-5pm (EST); 40 hours/week

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Medical field;

• Patient Service (Customer Service);

• English communication skills (C1 level);

• A laptop or desktop (preferably not Mac due to technical difficulties).

• Access to internet;

• Free time from 9am – 5pm (US Time);

Responsibilities:

• Answering calls and Taking messages;

• Taking detailed notes and preparing proper documentation;

• Navigating Electronic Medical Records (EMR) efficiently;

• Scheduling appointments; Follow-up calls;

• Review provider schedules for chart preparation including labs, necessary documents, ancillary

• reports, supplies, or any other documents needed;

• Assisting the management with research and create reports.

To be able to work on this position you will need:

•        A laptop or desktop (preferably not Mac due to technical difficulties)

•        Access to internet
